Communication Strategy
Nextron upholds principles of integrity, transparency, and open communication throughout its day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless engagement with all relevant parties. Our stakeholders encompass a wide range of individuals and entities, including customers, suppliers, investors, government bodies, research institutions, local communities, media outlets, industry associations, non-profit organizations, and employees.
Nextron set up a task force to identify stakeholders through open discussions, taking into account trends in sustainability issues and operational needs both domestically and internationally, and concerning the five aspects of the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standards, developed by Account Ability, namely dependency, responsibility, tension, influence, and diverse perspectives, defining the main stakeholders as customers, suppliers, investors (dormant partners), and employees.
